B2B Sales Manager

Presenso is looking for results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing company.

You will be charged with evangelizing the Presenso solution to manufacturing plants throughout Europe.  An experienced salesperson with established contacts and the ability to manage all aspects of the sales cycle independently.  You will need experience is Software Solution sales to the Enterprise.

Bottom line – you will be responsible for working with existing accounts and expand within them in addition to building a new sales pipeline and closing contracts with some of the largest industrial players in Europe.

The company is located in Matam Industrial Park, Haifa.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies, preparing proposals and quotes and presenting software products
  • Manage a large volume of enterprise deals and deal sizes
  • Build and maintain strong ties with all levels of an organization
  • Identify, qualify and execute winning sales strategies
  • Provide weekly status updates to management
  • Consistently exceeds revenue targets
  • Strong presenter and closer with the ability to demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate issues with peers and customers
  • Travel up to 25% of the time
  • Fluent in English.

Requirements

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent work experience.  MBA preferred.
  • At least 5-years experience in selling SaaS solutions to large enterprises. Preferably to industrial facilities.
  • Outstanding track record of managing large volume of sales and deal sizes.
  • Excellent deal closing abilities
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to work in a challenging environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work well independently and within a team.
  • Good relationship building and consultative skills

Preferred

  • Familiar with Big Data, Machine Learning, and AI concepts
  • Background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
